Weekly Round-up II: Online creative & tech events
Another weekly round up to help you see what events, webinars and courses are coming to our screens over the next week. At times of uncertainty and worry – there has been a huge uplift across the creative and tech sector to come together and establish online events, webinars and support tips to help us get through these times.
The Skills Toolkit
Digital and numeracy courses to build your skills whilst being at home. Digital and numeracy skills are amongst those that are most sought after by employers and can help you progress in work and boost your job prospects. Digital skills can be anything from using social media and staying safe online to coding, programming or digital marketing. All courses are free and more information can be found via their website.
Creators Clubs
Creators Club are hosting ‘Monday Mindset’ every week on Zoom to help us get ready and inspired for the week ahead. You can join here. They also host weekly evening Wednesday workshops to inspire your creative focus, refine your business strategies and collaborate with others.
They just recommend around a £2 donation to join – the price of your usual coffee.
Barclays Eagle Labs
Barclays are continuing with providing a series of webinars this week and ongoing during lockdown, focusing around providing information on the COVID-19 pandemic and how business can become resilient during this time, finance relief for businesses as well as mindfulness sessions and training courses to help you learn something new.

ScreenSkills
