Weekly round-up: Online creative & tech events
During these times of uncertainty and worry, there’s been a huge uplift across the creative and tech sector with people coming together and establishing online events and webinars to help and support one another. As there’s so much going on, we thought we’d collate a round-up each week, so you can see what’s coming up the following week – all in one place.
Digital Leeds Festival
From April 20th-1st May, Digital Leeds Festival has gone virtual, with loads of online events and content – all with the aim of helping digital businesses plan and grow through this difficult time.
All events are free and you can sign up via their website. The physical festival has been postponed until September 2020.
Creators Club are hosting a ‘Monday Mindset’ on Zoom to help everyone get ready and inspired for the week ahead – you can join here. They also host weekly Wednesday evening workshops to inspire your creative focus, refine your business strategies and collaborate with others.
A £2 donation is recommended to join – the price of your usual coffee.
Barclays Eagle Labs
Barclays are providing a series of webinars this week and throughout the lockdown, focused on providing information on COVID-19 financial relief for businesses, as well as training and mindfulness sessions.
